The Tribe / Thoas Lindner

On the occasion of the exhibition “Corpus Delicti” Nadine Dinter PR collaborated with the Berlin-based designer Thoas Lindner, which led to their joint design of the “Photo Lover” t-shirt in autumn 2018.

The collection is being relaunched this spring 2021 and will be available in the trademark color of Nadine Dinter PR – indigo. Join the journey and become a photo lover!

Thoas Lindner, who designed the men’s collection of BUTTERFLYSOULFIRE for more than 15 years, is back after a year off the fashion circuit – with a new label and a unisex collection.

Make Love Great Again; Easy; Yes to all! – the crisp slogans of his label The Tribe have found their lovers and ambassadors well beyond Berlin’s city limits. Yogis, DJs, sustainability experts, bloggers, coaches, artists – The Tribe reaches open hearts of all kinds, making it more than just a spreadmessage brand with colorful sweaters and t-shirts. Organically grown, made in Berlin, and sustainably positioned, The Tribe sees itself as a child of the new age and a counterpoint to a society that is catapulting itself toward isolation and discontent through the pressure to perform, egoism, and elites. The Tribe was founded in 2016 by fashion designer and artist Thoas Lindner, who has been shaping and influencing the fashion landscape of Berlin and Germany for a good 20 years. After running the successful label Butterflysoulfire for years, today he works as a freelance artist and writer, is a fellow at the Federal Government’s Centre of Excellence for the Cultural and Creative Industries, a qi gong teacher, father, and a freebird. All collection pieces are made of organic cotton, finished by hand in the studio in Berlin, and printed with organic dye. In addition to tank tops, T-shirts, and sweatshirts, there are now children’s clothing, accessories, one-off productions, and an upcycling collection. The Tribe is supported by many people who, with their expertise and differences, are living the idea of the urban tribe, which involves mutual support, trust, and authenticity. Because what does The Tribe stand for? A tribe is the sum of its wonderfully multifaceted parts, which form the source of its strength.
